Warranty

Should you require assistance before, during or after installation, our office is manned Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. Out of hours messages are answered as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with an excellent installation service. We are fully insured with an industry appropriate insurer and we can provide references if required. 

Gate Automation: Warranty

Automation equipment supplied is covered by a twenty four month manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty is passed to you on receipt of payment in full, if anything malfunctions or fails within the first twelve months it will be replaced free of charge on confirmation from the manufacturer that it is covered by their warranty. After the twelve month period has expired the equipment will be sent back to the manufacturer for evaluation and a report confirming the fault is covered by warranty before being replaced or repaired, all associated labour is chargeable after twelve months. Where equipment has been subject to damage due to misuse, vandalism, accidental or unintentional damage all replacement parts and labour are chargeable. All other equipment & parts are covered by a standard manufacturer’s twelve month warranty against malfunction or failure, any parts will be returned to the manufacturer for testing and a report confirming that failure is covered by warranty before being replaced. Replacement of any part not covered by warranty is chargeable.

This warranty is subject to the system being serviced at six months by a company-approved engineer and then in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations on an annual service agreement with documentation to support the visits.

Access Control & CCTV: Warranty

Equipment supplied is covered by a standard twelve month manufacturer’s warranty (unless an extended or standard warranty is specified & confirmed). This warranty is passed to you on receipt of payment in full, if anything malfunctions or fails within the first twelve months it will be replaced free of charge on confirmation from the manufacturer that it is covered by their warranty. After the twelve month period has expired the equipment can be sent back to the manufacturer for evaluation and a report confirming if the part can be repaired, all associated costs and labour are chargeable after twelve months. Where equipment has been subject to damage due to misuse, vandalism, accidental or unintentional damage all replacement parts and labour are chargeable.
