As a property investment company we are very conscious of the needs of our tenants. In 2014 we acquired as an investment the Bell Business Park office complex in Aylesbury comprising 40,000 sq ft gross of office space split into 8 individual units all of which were and are tenanted.
After we made the acquisition we were confronted with vandals and unwanted intruders into the car parking areas at night. We asked Chiltern Technology Ltd to carry out an audit of the Park and make suggestions as to how we could prevent these intrusions and provide us with an ongoing level of security that our tenants were expecting.
Graham Johnson the owner of Chiltern produced a plan to overcome the problems we were experiencing. This involved an access controlled barrier plus cameras sited in various locations and the monitoring of the cameras. After implementing the suggestions, which were carried out ahead of schedule and in a very cost efficient manner, we have not experienced any of the previous problems.
We retain Chiltern on an annual basis to ensure that all the cameras and barrier system are functioning correctly. In addition to this service Chiltern are retained to deal with all electrical problems at the Park.
A number of our tenants have also engaged them to deal with internal security and access controls at their individual units.
They provide an extremely professional service with the very highest efficiency.
